Cancellation Prior to Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order(s) before they are dispatched from our warehouse, there will be no additional fees. Please submit your cancellation request by emailing us at aci2u.my@gmail.com. We recommend that such requests be made within 12 hours of order placement to ensure a timely cancellation before shipment. A full refund will be processed upon the receipt of the cancellation request.

Additional Cancellation Information

For orders requiring a deposit, be advised that the deposit is non-refundable upon order cancellation. Refunds are not available for orders that have been paid and packaged for dispatch. This strict adherence ensures the effectiveness and integrity of our order processing and fulfillment.

Return Policy

Returns are considered under specific conditions:

• Products are non-refundable, with the exception of damaged goods during delivery.
• Returns are applicable only for items purchased directly from the Always Can International Online Store.
• Items purchased from other retailers are subject to the return and refund policies of those respective retailers.
• Eligible returns include incorrect deliveries, missing items, or damaged goods, all subject to verification.

Customers are responsible for all associated costs in returning the goods, which must be returned within 7 working days upon receipt, in their original condition and packaging, and with proof of purchase.

We ship exclusively to legitimate and valid addresses provided during the purchase process and do not accommodate deliveries to P.O. Boxes. Accuracy in providing the shipping address and a reachable contact number is imperative. Any modifications to the shipping address should be communicated to aci2u.my@gmail.com within 6 hours of order placement.

Shipping is typically completed within 2-5 working days, with deliveries scheduled during office hours from Monday to Friday. Tracking numbers and confirmations for non-tangible products or services are communicated via email, mobile app, or SMS.

We reserve the unilateral right to amend this policy as deemed necessary, without the prerequisite of prior notification or consent from the customer.
