Always Can International Sdn Bhd Independent Distributor (ACID) Membership Policy

ACID shall sell all products marketed by Always Can International Sdn Bhd at the stipulated selling prices. Any ACID found to be selling products below the stated prices will receive a warning letter. A second offense will result in the immediate freezing of the member account, with the duration of the freeze depending on the conduct and jurisdiction of Always Can International Sdn Bhd.

ACID must comply with all national, federal, state, provincial, territorial, or local laws and regulations in the conduct of their businesses. They are also required to discuss with Management any new rules implemented by the Company, as we may need to adapt our policies in compliance with legal requirements. Any ACID who lodges complaints to government departments without prior discussion with the Company may be liable for termination. ACID are prohibited from condemning the company; any proof of such behavior will also be grounds for termination.

Membership Account

To keep your membership account active, please make a purchase within the next 12 months. Failure to make a purchase within this period will result in the temporary suspension or deactivation of your account.
